LADYBEE CONNECTION.
LadyBee Connection represents a honeycomb and not a hive.
A hive is a structure housing a swarm of honey bees (many people hanging out accomplishing nothing of importance). The honeycomb is different.
LadyBee Connection reflects on the concept of how the contribution of each individual bee is doing their part to create and replenish the honeycomb as a valued part of the collective.
The honeycomb is a structure of hexagonal cells (departments/partners) made primarily of wax (a resilient substance that keeps it all together). To hold their larvae (innovative ideas) and for storing the honey (wealth) to feed the larvae and to feed themselves (financial freedom) during the bitter cold of winter (the world of business).
The honeycomb is a far more productive environment that promotes individual growth, camaraderie, networking, financial literacy, entrepreneurialism, financial freedom, and ownership.
